Data Deletion Instructions

Seoa users can request deletion of data associated with connected Instagram message management workflows.

How to Request Deletion

1. Disconnect Seoa from your Instagram or Meta account permissions where applicable.
2. Send a deletion request to the service operator email listed in the Meta app settings.
3. Include enough information to identify the connected Instagram business or creator account, such as account handle or business name.

What Will Be Deleted

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize associated connection records, message-processing records, conversation references, and operational data that are no longer required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

Timing

Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period after verification. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform compliance obligations.
