These terms govern use of Seoa, an AI-assisted Instagram message management and customer response service.

Service Use

Users are responsible for connecting only accounts they are authorized to manage and for using Seoa in compliance with applicable laws, Meta platform terms, and Instagram platform policies.

AI-Assisted Responses

Seoa may generate or assist with responses based on connected message context and configured workflows. Users remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and monitoring responses where required by their business process.

Availability

The service is provided on an operationally reasonable basis. We may update, suspend, or modify features to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or platform compatibility.

Data and Privacy

Use of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Users may request deletion according to the Data Deletion Instructions.
